     Tadalafil Citrate (Cial) treats impotence in men by inhibiting the enzyme known as phosphodiesterase-5, which attacks cGMP in the blood vessels. By inhibiting, or stopping the attack on cGMP, blood flow actually increases and lasts longer, enabiling the research subject to maintain a longer erections. Tadalafil Citratel is a PDE5 INHIBITOR

      Have ordered these over the course of a few years. They're real manufactured pills and they work great. Split them in half and you just doubled the doses.

      Works very well. It has changed over the years and I think the potency is lower, but never the less it works. I just have to take more.

      I've ordered a lot of this from USA Peptide, but they stopped carrying the ones I was used to so I bought these. I'm more than impressed with how well it works. I took a lot of the others to get it to work and these I just take 2. Love it. Will buy again
